1.About Shipping

We usually provide free shipping for orders over $10, less than $10, the shipping fee is $3.5.

Orders are typically shipped via YunExpress, though in some cases a local carrier, such as Canada Post,USPS(US Postal Service), will make the final delivery.

When we receive the order confirmation information, we will process it immediately and it will take 1-2 working days to ship. After the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address. You will receive the product within 7-15 working days after receiving the email. However, the specific situation is based on the official carrier logistics information, and any delivery date provided by Adepoy is an estimated date.

We now have a new warehouse in the USA so orders from the United States will be delivered much faster.

Europe 7-15 working days

Asia-Pacific 7-12 working days

South Asia-Australia 5-8 working days

2.Order tracking

You can track order according to the tracking number in your order information.

A few tips:

We are unable to send specific delivery information, such as "leave on the back porch" or "please deliver after 4 pm" to the carriers.

Deliveries normally occur between 8 am and 8 pm, but we are unable to request or guarantee a specific delivery time or window of time.

Packages delivered within the United States typically don't require signatures unless they exceed $500 in value or they are custom-made and of high value.
